Is there a free downloading site for anime that can play the videos on QuickTime?

Whenever I download anime from one of those free downloading sites, I can never open it and watch it on my computer. Do I need some type of converter or something? Or maybe a link to download anime that will automatically play on QuickTime?

Well, you just need to download the video in mp4 format, but most animes aren’t encoded in mp4, but I have a solution to your problem with the videos not playing. Just download the VLC Player. It plays most video files as it’s installed (I’ve never had a file I can’t play with VLC). It’s quick to install (will only take 5-10 minutes).

Just google “download VLC” and you’ll see it. The website is videolan.org I THINK, I’m ony itouch so I can’t give you a direct link, but if you google it, it’s the first one.
