Can you find or do you have for sale the English subbed anime Hana No Ko Lun Lun?

I’ve searched for quite awhile and am exhausting every possible avenue. VHS or DVD are fine… torrents are out… unless somewhere I missed something. Some other names for this anime that I’ve come across are lulu, run run, flower angel, the flower angel, I’ve heard and seen “fleur” used as well.
