What are some top Shounen anime/manga shows?

So from what I hear, the Shounen genre is like dragon ball z type shows like fighting/action/supernatural abilities/etc. What are some of the top ten Shounen shows. (Another question. Is Seinen a more adult type of Shounen like just more gory? or is it romantic-ish? not sure exaclty what it is, like is it fighting still?
